Shipping policy

We aim for fast, reliable delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 4–10 business days depending on your location.

If you're not available at the time of delivery, our carrier will provide instructions for redelivery or collection.

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Contact us immediately if you believe you've provided an incorrect address and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

 We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
